Work on this 109-unit mixed-use development included the adaptive reuse of the former Salvation Army Headquarters into 35 units of housing and ground floor commercial space, the construction of 85 units of new family housing, landscaped inner courtyard, and daycare center.

Lerner & Nathan’s (Mr. Lerner’s predecessor firm) primary responsibility was the adaptive reuse of the existing building. The architectural team was led by Herman Coliver Architecture.
